From logo-brand to experience-brand: how branding challenges shape workspaces?

## We are delighted to welcome Franck Eburderie as Vice President Europe at Factory.  

Franck is a well-known figure in our industry, particularly for founding Tetris in 2003, a company specializing in workspace design and build. In 2007, he sold Tetris to JLL and remained at the helm to drive its expansion both in France and internationally. By 2023, when he left Tetris, the company had reached €800 million in revenue, operated in 18 countries through 37 offices, and had a team of over 1,000 employees. And now, in 2025, Franck is joining the Factory adventure!  

### His mission?  
To support our growth, structure our operations, and strengthen our strategic partnerships. As a solution facilitator and mentor, he will play an active role in sharing his expertise with our teams, with a strong focus on human development and innovation—nothing less than the driving force of the Facto Gang!  

### His strength?  
Or rather, his strengths! Franck brings not only a unique experience in growing international businesses and adapting offerings to cultural and local needs but also an exceptional ability to transform ambitious projects into tangible achievements—all while building strong, motivated teams.

With over 20 years of legal expertise, Caroline joins our team to support our growth. After working as a lawyer at Hogan Lovells in France and London, Caroline continued her career at JLL, serving as Legal and Compliance Director for France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Belgium.  
She has now decided to join Factory, drawn by our dynamic growth, innovative approach to real estate project management, and the energy of the GangFacto.

To structure and secure Factory’s activities amidst complex legal challenges and support our international expansion!
