From the Incognito Office to the Manifesto Office: when the workspace embodies company culture!

### In this video, the Wormser brothers and Jules Dubois join Olivier Casado on the microphone for Informations Entreprise.

It’s an opportunity to reflect on the project we completed for Bank Wormser Frères, from real estate search to the final layout, with a major challenge: capturing the essential family values of this private institution founded in 1936, without turning it into a museum.

While Bank Wormser has remained an independent family-run business, now managed by the fourth generation, it is above all a dynamic bank resolutely focused on the future. This energy greatly inspired our teams, as Jules Dubois explains:

"Our mission is to be the catalyst for a story, a business, and most importantly, an ambition."

Together with Julien Wormser and Marc Wormser, we reimagined the space to make it a high-performing workplace, serving both clients and employees.

What if investing in your offices was the most profitable long-term investment?

### This is the question that drives us when we support our clients. We even like to say that well-designed offices are a company's best marketing tool.

Since our offices serve as both our showroom and our laboratory, we followed our own advice by carefully refining our spaces down to the smallest detail. We entrusted Quintessence Paris with the task of creating a bespoke olfactory signature for us, aimed at enhancing team well-being and strengthening our brand identity. This is a first in the service sector!

It was a fascinating project led by Nicolas Micallef in collaboration with Vanina Muracciole and Valentine Pozzo di Borgo, which you can explore in this joint interview.

A huge thank you to the Quintessence team, especially Maëva Rocha, as well as Jérôme Laan, Creative Director at Factory, for successfully bringing this olfactory collaboration to life.

FACTORY x QUINTESSENCE

### The idea for a circular economy training emerged in February 2023, during a meeting with Noé Basch, founder of Mobius Réemploi. 

We had been following Mobius Réemploi's activities with great interest and admiration, as they promote the reuse of materials in the construction industry by sourcing and supplying reused construction materials.

Several months later, and thanks to Bpifrance’s support, this training program is now underway! The goal: to train 60 of our employees over 18 months on circular economy best practices and integrate them into our methodology.

An initiative led by Arthur de Charentenay because...

"Training our team on Reuse and the Circular Economy is about growing Factory’s human capital, developing and enriching our ecosystem (consulting firms, subcontractors, suppliers), attracting and retaining talent, and making them key players in the ecological transition, both now and in the future."

A big thank you to Mobius Réemploi for their commitment (and teaching), to Bpifrance for their support, and to the Factory Gang for their involvement!

### What if the driving force behind a company's innovation wasn't strategic plans carefully laid out in advance, but rather their desire to retain and help their best employees grow? 

As the world accelerates and becomes increasingly uncertain, this is a perspective worth exploring.

This is, at least, the vision put forward by Jules Dubois, co-founder of Factory, alongside Florent Noël, director and professor of the Master’s program in HR & CSR at IAE, and Ludovic Cinquin, co-founder and former CEO of Octo, in this Maddyness article.

### This year, for Paris Design Week, we wanted to talk about a subject that is dear to our hearts: how to tell stories within a space.

It's closely tied to what we do at Factory, as we draw inspiration from the stories of companies and entrepreneurs who entrust us with their design projects, and because we were curious to see how the architects and designers who inspire us work.
