## Factory strengthens its presence in Milan and opens a new office in Rome.

After welcoming Jean Marc Deshaires for the creation of the real estate consulting division, we are delighted to expand our offering with the arrival of Claudio Ceresa and Philippe Sourdois.

Factory confirms its ambition to strengthen its presence in Europe by leveraging its expertise in real estate and space planning. Building on its success in France, Factory meets the growing needs of the Italian market with an innovative approach focused on user experience.

### Their mission?
To support our international growth, expand our offering throughout Italy, and strengthen strategic partnerships. Claudio Ceresa, appointed as General Manager, and Philippe Sourdois, as Senior Advisor, will open the right doors for us to make our mark in this high-potential market.

With over 30 years of experience in the Italian real estate sector, Claudio and Philippe embody excellence in Design & Build. Their in-depth knowledge of the local market will enable Factory to combine innovation, performance, and user experience.

With over 20 years of legal expertise, Caroline joins our team to support our growth. After working as a lawyer at Hogan Lovells in France and London, Caroline continued her career at JLL, serving as Legal and Compliance Director for France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Belgium.  
She has now decided to join Factory, drawn by our dynamic growth, innovative approach to real estate project management, and the energy of the GangFacto.
