Factory was born in a building steeped in a unique industrial history. The founders acquired a former industrial site in Saint Ouen, at a time when Line 14 didn’t exist. It was a bold gamble.
Initially occupying just one floor, Factory eventually expanded to take over all the spaces of this former factory, making it its headquarters.
While preserving the raw aesthetic of the place, Factory renovated and modernized the spaces to make this site not only a showcase of our expertise, but above all, a powerful tool for work, both elegant and efficient.
Today, renamed "The Live," our offices host not only workspaces – from open spaces to modular meeting rooms – but also a wide range of service areas.
