Office Snapshots highlights Malt's new headquarters.

Malt, founded in 2013, is a rapidly growing platform that connects freelancers and companies, quickly becoming the largest freelance community in Europe.

With over 500,000 freelancers and 70,000 partner companies, Malt embodies the new post-pandemic work paradigms, focusing on flexibility and collaboration.

Factory had the pleasure of assisting Malt in the creation of its new 5,000 m² headquarters in the La Madeleine district. These new offices, designed to reflect Malt's core values, blend tradition and modernity with flexible spaces, employee wellness services, and a design inspired by the company's DNA.

The new space promotes cohesion, innovation, and employee fulfillment while offering a premium experience for freelancers and clients.
