Franck Eburderie joins Factory as Vice President Europe.

We are delighted to welcome Franck Eburderie as Vice President Europe at Factory.

Franck is a well-known figure in our industry, particularly for founding Tetris in 2003, a company specializing in workspace design and build. In 2007, he sold Tetris to JLL and remained at the helm to drive its expansion both in France and internationally. By 2023, when he left Tetris, the company had reached €800 million in revenue, operated in 18 countries through 37 offices, and had a team of over 1,000 employees. And now, in 2025, Franck is joining the Factory adventure!

His mission?

To support our growth, structure our operations, and strengthen our strategic partnerships. As a solution facilitator and mentor, he will play an active role in sharing his expertise with our teams, with a strong focus on human development and innovation—nothing less than the driving force of the Facto Gang!
