GO & UP is one of those agencies on the rise.

Voted Mobile Marketing Agency of the Year in 2023, it helps high-audience brands by designing interfaces and applications used by millions. As their office became too small, they wanted to move their teams into a larger, more characterful space without leaving their beloved Montparnasse neighborhood.

We began by supporting them in their real estate strategy. By taking the time to understand their exact needs, we were able to find them a unique space with remarkable features: impressive ceiling height, a monumental glass roof, and an exposed stone wall—all elements that give the place a distinctive charm.

From the start, the focus was on the employees.

The tone is set right at the entrance with dedicated spaces for electric scooters. We also created several meeting rooms, fully equipped for hybrid work, making collaboration seamless whether teams are onsite or remote. A massive library was designed, accessorized with books and objects that showcase GO & UP’s expertise.

However, the true centerpiece of this office is the dining space, inspired by the Parisian bistro aesthetic—complete with a marble bar, bistro tables, and pendant lighting. Every effort was made to give GO & UP’s new offices a warm, home-like feel where teams can thrive.

The space itself inspired the overall decorative theme: turning the open-plan office under the glass roof into a kind of winter garden.

To complement the beige used on the framework, we developed a warm, sophisticated color palette with deep green and cognac accents. Chrome details in the furniture and accessories bring a modern touch to the spaces.

We also experimented with new materials, such as cork flooring for its acoustic comfort and eco-friendliness, tabletops made from crushed oyster shells, and fluted glass partitions elegantly defining the meeting rooms. Our furniture team sourced second-hand pieces to add extra character and customized select seating with high-end fabrics—ensuring no detail was overlooked.
